Samii is a dedicated therapist specializing in working with adults experiencing trauma, chronic pain or illness, depression, and anxiety. She also works with elite-level athletes navigating performance anxiety, return-to-play following injury, and the transition out of competitive sports.
Samii is Level 1 trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and has extensive training in Polyvagal Theory and somatic-based therapies. Her approach to therapy integrates mind and body, recognizing the powerful connection between emotional experiences, the nervous system, and overall well-being. She draws from a variety of evidence-based and experiential techniques to create a personalized treatment approach that supports each client’s unique goals and challenges.
