Samii is a dedicated therapist specializing in working with adults who experience trauma, chronic pain/illness, depression, and anxiety. Additionally, Samii works with elite level athletes experiencing performance anxiety, post-injury return to play and former athletes working to transition smoothly after their sports career.
With extensive training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, and Somatic Therapy, Samii offers a comprehensive and tailored approach to healing that encompasses the mind, body and spirit. She combines an eclectic mix of therapeutic techniques with a supportive and assertive style, tailored to each client's unique needs. Samii promotes transparency and education focused care to empower each client. Whether working with high-performing athletes or individuals facing chronic challenges, Samii is passionate about fostering progress and resilience with empathy, accountability and fun.
