We are currently in-network with multiple insurance providers as well as offering (out-of-network) self-pay rates. Insurance acceptance and self-pay rates may vary by clinician, please contact your clinician directly regarding fees. How do I choose the right therapist for me? Finding the right therapist involves considering factors such as their qualifications, experience, and therapeutic approach. It's important to choose someone you feel comfortable with and who has experience dealing with the issues you're facing. Contact us today and we will help you determine the best fit for you. Is therapy confidential? Yes, therapy sessions are confidential. This means that what you discuss with your therapist is kept private, with a few exceptions related to safety and legal requirements. Therapists are mandated to report if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others or if there is suspected abuse. Always feel free to ask your therapist about their confidentiality policies. When can I schedule my first appointment? Several clinicians in our practice currently have openings within the next 1-2 weeks. We strive to accommodate your scheduling needs and can work with you to find a convenient time for your sessions. Please contact our office directly to discuss your specific scheduling needs and to book an appointment. Our team is here to help you find a suitable time that fits your schedule.
