Marquita is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience working with children and families in the school and community on challenges related to anxiety, behavior modification, depression, life transitions, and women’s issues. Marquita is passionate about restoring resilience and assisting clients through their individual journey.  

Marquita works with ages 10 and up through individual, family and group therapy. Marquita offers treatment interventions through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Play therapy,  and Solution-Focused Therapy. Currently, she has an interest in maternal mental health and is seeking certification in perinatal mental health for the BIPOC community.
