I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate who enjoys working with children and adolescents. In my practice, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Choice Theory, and Adlerian Therapy.

Becoming a healthy and thriving adult starts at a young age. I aim to help children and teens cope with life challenges and transitions, given the minimal control they may have. I promote a safe and empathetic environment, and strive to be a person you and your child trust.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my significant other. Traveling has given me the gift of knowledge and appreciation of other cultures. I also enjoy being with my friends and playing soccer. When I'm not out and about, I love to cuddle with my dog, Tux.
