When words feel hard to find, Aryel incorporates expressive art–informed techniques to foster deeper understanding and emotional release.
Aryel specializes in working with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, emotional awareness difficulties, communication concerns, and defining healthy relationships. Aryel strives to create a welcoming therapeutic environment that empowers, educates, and equips clients with practical tools to achieve their goals.
