I believe in an individualized approach to therapy and am passionate about helping people reach their goals. It is important to me to build trusting relationships with my clients and bring warmth and genuineness to every session. My approach is personalized to fit your individual needs!

I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, trauma therapy, and mindfulness based therapies along side others to best fit your needs and goals. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor I believe in taking into account the person as a whole and always operating from a trauma informed approach!
